WESPaC Salary Negotiations (CEDARS Export Plan) |

Change: |
Salary Negotiations functionality will be modified to allow one and only one plan to be designated as the CEDARS Export Plan. A checkbox entitled "Export CEDARS data from this plan" will be added to the Salary Negotiations Main Screen. If this box is checked and the Salary Negotiations Plan is Saved, the plan ID, HPMPLN-PLAN.HPMPLN-ID, will be stored to the new FFAACT-CONTROL-FILE.CEDARS-HPMPLN-ID field. If there was a previous value in the FFAACT-CONTROL-FILE.CEDARS-HPMPLN-ID field, a warning containing the existing Plan Name will display which will require user confirmation that the value is to be replaced. Clients should ensure this box is checked for the SN plan they are using for S-275 reporting prior to April 16th, 2010 as data for CEDARS will be pulled from the designated SN CEDARS plan and transmitted to OSPI on a weekly basis beginning on April 16th. OSPI Assignment data (PP-AA-DDD) from all assignments in the designated plan is included in the CEDARS extract. |
