This data manip will remove any leading spaces from NAME-TYPE records if they exist and run the VAL utility program. |

Reason: |
To correct an issue where newly converted districts were running into error messages while trying to select vendors in Vendor Master. This was due to the fact that the newly converted districts didn’t have the VAL utility run on them as the other databases did when being upgraded to DF 95. |

Change: |
District configuration and additional reference tables are being saved and restored during conversion, both test and final. Settings and data are setup after the initial WESPaC test conversion. These settings and data are then saved and restored during succeeding test, and eventually the final, conversion runs.
The district configuration table is saved and restored only when the conversion run is "Finance only". |

This change retains configuration settings and reference data between conversion runs, thereby eliminating the need to re-enter them after every conversion run. These data are retained up to the final conversion run. |
