This utility allows you to copy the values of the Hours Per Day, Days Per Year, Hourly Wage, and FTE fields from the Profile Prsnnel Tab to the Washington Feature Set General Tab or from the Washington Feature Set General Tab to the Profile Prsnnel Tab. After running the utility exit and re-enter the Profile to see the changes take effect. |

To utilize the fields on the Profile Prsnnel Tab the Fields must be enabled in System Administration, Financial Management, FM Config, Employee Management - Years of Experience Fields. The copy process assumes the set up of the fields this order: Hours Per Day, Days Per Year, Hourly Wage, and FTE. Clients are cautioned that the Utility allows you to copy values in either direction from\to the Profile Prsnnel Tab and the WA Feature Set General Tab. To ensure data integrity a practice should be put in place by the agency (i.e. Users are told Data entry will take place in the WA Feature Set General tab and copied to the main profile Prsnnel Tab.). Clients are reminded that the Mass Calculate Hourly Wage Utility populates the Hourly Wage field on the General Tab in the Washington Feature Set area. This Hourly Wage field is used in the Unemployment Report calculations. Clients will need to set up security for the new utility in both menu locations. |
