A data manipulation was created to fix the missing Check Update IDs so they will no longer produce an error during the Audit run.

Reason:

The audit results were coming back with a Check Update ID Missing message.

Feature:

Data Manip for Print Engine Setup

Change:

This is a data manipulation to check the box for “On the Web run Print Engine directly on the Print Queue appservers.”

Reason:

If the “On the Web run Print Engine directly on the Print Queue appservers” box isn’t checked, the appserver sometimes relays a job to another appserver, but records the first appserver in the web Print Queue display, making troubleshooting difficult.

Updated historical AP source records that were affected by the Comp Tax issue reported on ticket 233595 - Populated with the correct ffapim-id.

Reason:

The source AP Invoices for these CTAX invoices are associated with the DH status record, rather than the H status record.

WESPaC Datamanip to Change the Powermerge Parameters

To ward off any potential issues that may occur when a print job is run on an RQ appserver.

A data manip has been created to run against all districts to add Beta access to “FM\VE\VP – Web Vendor Profile”

Reason:

A new Beta Option, “FM\VE\VP – Web Vendor Profile”,  was added by Skyward and a Data Manip is required to add it to available options in all districts.

Feature:

Data Manip to correct FFAPIM field error

Change:

This data manip cleans up the pre-existing errors caused by the update process incorrectly updating FFAPIM-AMT with a negative value.

Reason:

The fix that went out in December corrected the cause of the error, but did not clean up the errors that had already occurred. This data manip cleans up the invoices that show up in the Fix AP History Invoices Audit.

Close invalid crosswalk combination 0100 31 for fund 10

Change:

The invalid program and revenue source combination 0100 31 was removed from the list of valid crosswalks for fund 10. The Verify Interdimension Compatibility utility should now list accounts with this combination as invalid and in need of correction.

Reason:

0100 31 is not a valid program and revenue source combination at OSPI.

Revenue code 68 was opened for fiscal years 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 for fund 01.

Reason:

Feature:

Disable Ability to Save Print Engine Print Packages

Change:

This data manip set the fields FFAACT-CONTROL-FILE.FFACCT-BU-LIMIT-CHK-OUTPUT-OPTS- and

FFAACT-CONTROL-FILE.FFACCT-PA-LIMIT-CHK-OUTPUT-OPTS- equal to NO on recently converted districts to correct an audit and control fix that should have been included in conversion. Districts should not be able to save check print packages.

Reason:

Recently converted districts had these two flags set to YES allowing them to save check print packages. This was deemed an audit and control issue that was corrected and released for the other districts, but was mistakenly not included in the conversion process.

Data Manipulation to Fix Budget Status Report Index Errors on Conversion

This Data Manipulation removes the duplicate records so Index Errors will not be generated at conversion.

Reason:

During WISE to WESPaC conversions, indexing errors occurred due to changes made to WESPaC acct codes for the new Federal Stimulus Budget.

Data Manipulation to limit access to Budget Requisitions

Change:

A data manip has been created to run against all districtsafter Final Process to disable the “Budget Requisitions” button via the "home page" table file.

Reason:

Budget Requisitions is still appearing in Employee Access. WSIPC needs to disable this button because the module is incomplete for Washington State, and WSIPC is not ready to implement it.

Web Purchase Order Master DM

Change:

This data manipulation populates the Purchase Order effective date with the Purchase Order entry date; if the Purchase Order effective date is blank.

Reason:

A defect existed in the Purchase Order module that left the Purchase Order effective date blank. The defect has been corrected and this data manipulation is needed to populate the data correctly for processing.

Feature:

Data Manip to Correct Previous Acct Adjustment Entries

Issue #:

206966 and 207067

Change:

 

The data manip program checks for account adjustments previously posted and fixes the incorrect accounting entries for each. It also creates missing records necessary to balance these accounting entries.

Reason:

The initial release of the Account Adjustment program created incomplete and incorrect accounting entries under limited and specific scenarios when adjusting YDA A\P invoices that are in history status. This data manip aims to correct these accounting entries.

Notes:

This data manip will be run by WSIPC Release Management.
