Report was incorrectly including the hours Sold in the hours Used calculation.

Change:

The program was modified for these fields on the report:

  • Current Amount Left

  • Calendar Year Allocated

  • Calendar Year Used

Reason:

Not all time off transactions were being included for some employees in the Leave Sale Report. There was the potential for some balances to be understated.

Change:

The Leave Sale Report was enhanced to provide the client the option to create an Excel file of time off data.  The Excel file is intended to be used to create a "mail-merge" document to employees to assist them in their decision and respond to the Payroll Department.
