Change:

WSIPC created a Pay Record Import process using the same methodologies used in the Education and Experience Imports.

 

You first create a file definition for five fields.

  • Employee Identifier (required)

  • Pay Code (required)

  • Pay Amount (required)

  • Account Code

  • Account Percentage

 

Then you can import data using a CSV file to update Pay Records in the Profile Pay tab. If you update the account code, you must also update the account percentage.

Reason:

WSIPC created the import process to provide a more efficient method for Kent SD to update large quantities of pay records (instead of WSIPC doing ongoing data manipulations).
