The Worksheet History Factor field was modified to store 4 decimal places rather than 2. Previously, when the worksheet history was created in the Payroll Calculate process and a worksheet detail had multiple account codes, the calc was dividing the worksheet detail factor x the account percentage by 100 to come up with the worksheet history factor. If the result of that calculation was more than 2 decimal places it was rounded because the worksheet history factor field was defined as deci-2. For example, a worksheet detail with a factor of 1.00 was split between 3 account codes, at percentages of 15.38, 19.23, and 65.39. 1.00 x 15.38\100 = .1538; 1.00 x 19.23\100= .1923; 1.00 x 65.39\100 = .6539. Since they were rounded, the worksheet history factors ended up as .15, .19, and .65, which totaled .99 instead of 1.00. |

The Worksheet History Table was modified to store the Name data contained in the ‘Subbed For’ field. Previously, the worksheet detail transactions that were included in a payroll were moved to worksheet history during the WSIPC Payroll Calculate Update process, but there was no field on the worksheet history table in which to store this ‘Subbed For’ data. Therefore, old worksheets must be preserved, because they alone contain this data.
The Worksheet History Report was modified to show the ‘Subbed For’ Name, when the worksheet has ‘Subbed For’ data.
After this release all the data needed will be in the worksheet history table, so it will no longer be necessary to save worksheets that are either created after this release or updated via the Payroll Calculate process. |
