Conversion Group Warning Message PO\Req Add

Change:

When adding a Requisition or Purchase Order, the PO Group will no longer default to the first group, “000 conversion”, which causes a warning message to appear. The screen will instead default to the first active group.

Reason:

It is not necessary that users see the conversion group message every time that they added a PO or Requisition because the group is not used. This change eliminates this minor annoyance.

PO Detail Report Parameters

Reason:

The AR Groups were showing up in the PO Detail Report parameters pick list for selection.

Feature:

Add WA Fields to Print Engine POs

Change:

Print Engine POs have been enhanced to include the tax and subtotal fields and the Terms image layout has also been expanded to fill an entire page. The print engine POs can now also include WA Terms and Conditions as part of the email to the vendor.

Reason:

To help districts reduce costs and to allow them to more easily email POs to vendors.

Feature:

Page Numbers for Multi Page POs

Change:

Page numbers for POs with multiple pages will now print in the format “1 of x.”

Reason:

This change was made to ensure that vendors receiving POs with multiple pages knew if they had all of the pages.

Feature:

FFPOAD Changes Are Validating Incorrectly

Issue #:

Change:

Fixed the validation that occurs on the PO Account Distribution screen, for both Amount and Percentage, so it correctly compares the PO distribution subtotal to the AP distribution subtotal.

Reason:

Prior to this fix, the validation was comparing the PO distribution subtotal to the AP Invoice amount, which sometimes included a taxed amount.  This caused an incorrect validation, sometimes resulting in not being able to edit a PO distribution correctly.

Feature:

Eliminate Initial PO Requisition Group Warning Message

Change:

The program now defaults to the first Active PO Group in the drop down for a user for fiscal year in the Add Requisitions screen.

Reason:

Users were greeted with an error message that told them that the first PO Group does not have requisition numbers set up for the fiscal year. This message appeared every time a user entered requisitions because PO Group 000 was the default and it is not used.

Feature:

Payroll Encumbrance POs

Change:

This data manip will fix the History status Payroll Encumbrance POs to include the WA fields; such as Subtotal.

Reason:

Prior to this data manip, the WA field Subtotal did not get populated with an amount.  The Payroll Encumbrance amount just went directly into the Total Amount field.

Note:

The fix to the original problem has already been released.  This DM is just to fix the Payroll Encumbrance POs generated prior to the fix.

Added a new PO report to WESPaC which allows for more selection capabilities than the Requisition\PO Listing report.

Reason:

There was a need to be able to create PO reports that can be selected by PO Types, PO Layouts, and Number of Detail Lines.

Reason:

Items could not be designated as taxable at the time of entry during Quick Add.
