WA Quarterly Wage Detail Report: Unemployment Calculation

Change:

Change the Quarterly Wage Detail Report and the Unemployment Wage calculation to include time off transactions when not equal to LTD (HTOTRN-TRANS.HTOTRN-LTD-RECORD <> "Y") and to exclude Unpaid Leave.

Reason:

Current Unemployment Wage calculation includes Time off transactions only when the HTOTRN-TRANS.HTOTRN-LTD-RECORD = "N".  When time off is entered through Employee Access or imported from Sub Tracking Third Party Import, Time Off Time Card, and Time Off Third Party Import, the HTOTRN-LTD-RECORD is defaulted to blank.  Hence, the Unemployment Wage calculation does not recognize them.

The above issue with Employee Access also affected the Workers’ Compensation tax calculation.

Also, unpaid leave hours are already negative hours so they should not be deducted again.
