Change: |
The Retirement Audit Report was modified to add appropriate breaks and headers between retirement systems in the section listing employees that are on Plan 0 and have 70 or more retirement hours during one or more earning periods within the selected date range. Previously, the report listed employees on Plan 0 with 70 or more retirement hours in one or more earning periods, but did not insert appropriate headers when the System\Plan 0 combination changed. |

Change: |
The ‘Audit Current Hours’ checkbox on the Retirement Audit Report Parameter screen was relabeled as ‘Include Current Hours in Audit Check’ and the default was changed to unselected. If ‘Include Current Hours in Audit Check’ is unselected, the current hours are not analyzed against the 70 hours rule and neither the ‘Cur Hours’ heading nor the current hours are displayed on the report. If ‘Include Current Hours in Audit Check’ is selected, then the current hours are analyzed against the 70 hours rule and the ‘Cur Hours’ heading and the associated current hours are displayed. If Current Hours = 0, then .00 is displayed indicating the potential reason the employee is listed on the report. Previously, the report always displayed the ‘Cur Hours’ heading and associated current hours, regardless of the value of the ‘Audit Current Hours’ checkbox. |

The Retirement Audit Report was modified to list employees that are on Plan 0 and have 70 or more retirement hours in any one month within the selected date range. The report no longer lists employees on Plan 0 with less than 70 hours. Previously, the report listed employees on Plan 0 with less than 70 hours which is acceptable and expected, but failed to perform the appropriate check for employees on Plan 0 with 70 or more retirement hours. |

Change: |
(New report) Identify employees who are on retirement, have contracts that share the same pay code, and have earnings in the same earning period (month). |
Reason: |
Contracts with the same pay code with overlapping earning periods should not exist for the calculation of retirement. This report allows finding those contracts that have an overlapping condition. |

include\ighrchs02.i - version 010051 |
Reason: |
The calculation to deal with contracts with a contract length that doesn't match the days in the calendar has been modified. If a person worked fewer hours in a day than the default hours in the calendar, the calculation of hours was incorrect. This will self-correct for employees that are still in the same position in the next payroll. |
