WESPaC Setup for Electronic File Transmission |
Remedy Ticket: |
85257 |
Change: |
The mover files have been updated to contain all current and future WESPaC agencies. This data update now reflects each agency's appropriate name and ID numbers. The mover process allows files, from WISE and WESPaC, to be moved to a secure central location, so specific processes from OSPI and the County Treasurer can find and process them. |
Reason: |
OSPI and the County Treasurer have certain processes that run against files generated within the WISE and WESPaC applications. These processes include WESPaC/AIX Electronic Warrant Reconciliation File Transmission as well as F-195 and F-196 extract and reporting files. With the introduction of WESPaC, districts needed to be added to the mover files when they converted from WISE to WESPaC. By entering all potential districts upfront, converting districts will be able to process this type of information immediately and seamlessly. |
