This change allows the client to enter a UBI number (Washington Department of Licensing, Unified Business Identifier) on the Vendor Master. The new field is available on the Setup tab. |

Reason: |
This ID is used to validate that a business does not have to be reported for 1099 purposes, and to verify that they are qualified to respond to bids. (They must be licensed in Washington State.) |

A conversion change has also been made to allow for the UBI numbers to properly convert into this new UBI Number field. Prior to this fix, the UBI numbers were being converted into an unused Account Number field. |
