|
Feature: |
W2 Processing & Employee Profile |
Issue #: |
210696 |
Change: |
The Employee Profile Retirement Flag, which does not display on any Employee Profile screens, will be adjusted via a data manipulation to ‘Yes’ if a Retirement Profile record for Plans 1-3 is found with a period of eligibility in 2009. If no record is found, the Retirement Flag is set to ‘No’. This action will reduce misleading errors on the W2 exception report when the process parameter is set to request exception messages for mismatches between the Profile Retirement Flag and deduction\benefit history.
When adding a retirement member profile in WESPaC, the screen logic has been changed to set the flag based on same logic as the data manipulation. |
