WESPaC Workers’ Compensation Payroll Report (Calculated Values not equal to Charged Values) |
Issue #: |
225228 |
Change: |
The Workers’ Compensation Payroll Report was modified to ensure the calculated amount is equal to the charged amount when a district distributes WC charges based on WC hours. Previously, the calculated amount on the Workers’ Compensation Report may have differed from the charged amount by $.01 because the original payroll calculation is based on amounts with more than two decimals, but the re-calculation done in the report uses amounts that are stored with only two decimals. |
Reason: |
Defect correction. |

The program was modified to check that a pay item has a Workers’ Compensation (WC) deduction and\or benefit before calculating the WC amounts. |
Reason: |
