The Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) requires school districts to submit annual budgets for Equity, Revenue, and Expense type funds. Once adopted, original budgets may be changed only with OSPI approval.
Adopted original budgets should have an option button set to Yes using the Adopt Budget process. You may reverse the process here by using this utility to set the flag back to No. This unlocks the budget and makes changes possible.
Both of these processes require Administrative access.
