The Accept Beginning Balances process moves the beginning balances entered through the Adjust Beginning Balances screen to WESPaC’s Fiscal YTD table. Moving the beginning balances to the Fiscal YTD table causes the new beginning balances to become "official."
This process also automatically generates the Beginning Balances Edit List.
Note: This utility is functional only for users with security level 5.
