Benefit Mass Processing

1 Overview

Use the Benefit Mass Processing utility to add benefits to assignment groups, or to change the value of benefits or delete benefits that are already assigned to an assignment.

• Once a benefit is moved from the available list to the selected list you must choose a Processing Option.  The Add Benefit option will add the selected benefit to each assignment record that meets the selection parameters criteria.  

• The Delete Benefit option removes the selected benefit from each assignment record that meets the selection parameters criteria.  

• The Edit Benefit Amount option gives you three options:

• 1. Change the benefit value by an amount which will add that value to the existing benefit amount.  

  2. Change the benefit by a percent, which will increase the amount by the entered percentage.  

  3. Replace the current benefit amount with a new amount.
