1 Overview

The Change History Report prints a list of all changes made to beginning balances within a specific date range. It is an audit trail report that shows the account number, the previous beginning balance, the new beginning balance, a short description or explanation of the change (if any), who made the change, and when the change was made.

 

This report consists of two sections. The first section lists an audit trail of the Accept process. The second section lists an audit trail of changes made to beginning balances.
