Select from six different Account Management reports to report details on capital expenditure projects. Projects may be selected by purchase order project numbers or by project numbers associated with invoices. Low and high range fields allow you to focus on one or multiple projects. Reports allow you to include inactive or zero-balance accounts in addition to active accounts.
Project to Date Status: Summarize the current status of each expenditure account within each project, comparing the budgeted amount with actual expenditures, encumbrances, and the current budget balance. Reports may be in either detail or summary form.
Project to Date Summary: Summarize expenditures by project, using Current Month-to-Date, Current Year-to-Date, and Totals for each Prior Year.
Project to Date PO Summary: Display detailed transaction information about project expenditures, sorted and totaled by Purchase Order within each report.
Project to Date Account Summary: Display summary transaction information about project expenditures, sorted and totaled by project.
Project to Date Detail: Display detailed transaction information about project expenditures, sorted and totaled by subsidiary accounts within each project.
Project to Date Expenditures: Summarize the current status of each expenditure account within each project, comparing the budgeted amount with actual expenditures, encumbrances, and the current budget balance.
