Change:

Make the Calculate Education and Experience screen adhere to standards, such as icons, hot buttons, field help text, and etc.

Correct calculation through date defect; that is, the education calculation was using the experience through date, and vice versa.

Reason:

Adhere to WESPaC standards and bug fix.
