The WESPaC Create Experience Utility was modified to use the description when the State Code is not unique. The utility was modified for the June 2010 SR to use the description if there is no State Code. However, there are districts that have one State Code assigned to several different Descriptions and this caused an error when attempting to select specific Programs, Activities, or Groups. |
