The initial Experience Import release was provided with the ability to add only one Experience Summary Category per record. |

When importing a list of records that have multiple Experience Summary Categories, each record must have a matching number of Experience Summary Categories associated with it. Most of the time the records being imported will have a matching number of Experience Summary Categories and this won’t be an issue. For the cases where this is not true, the file will need to be split into multiple imports (for example, all of the records to be imported that have one Experience Summary Category will go in one file, all of the records to be imported that have two Experience Summary Categories will go into another file, and etc.) Each file will then need to be imported separately. |

This is a new process. This application allows the client the ability to import Experience records from an external source. The file can be a fixed length or use other delimiters. The file must meet specific field requirements, but the data fields can be in any order. |
