Change:

Blocking of Purchase Order update is constrained to the range of Batch IDs selected in Step 2 of the Payroll Encumbrance process.

Reason:

 

This allows the PO Batch Update process to execute while the Payroll Encumbrance Process is running. The error box: "The following update batch cannot be edited, it falls within a current batch" will no longer appear.

Reason:

To prevent the over encumbrance of benefit dollars.

Calculations were incorrect.

This RMA contains changes made to the Payroll Encumbrance process.  These changes include being able to calculate the UC benefit amounts.  Also included is code that will check for maximums for UC and FICA benefits.
