Change:

Mass Add:

Provide the ability to Mass Add Retirement Member Profile data to selected employees. An exception report will print first if errors or warnings exist. The verification report follows and shows old and added data. A prompt to begin the update process will display when the report is closed.

Mass Edit:

Provide the ability to Mass Edit Retirement Member Profile data for selected employees. An exception report will print first if errors or warnings exist. The verification report follows and shows old and new data. A prompt to begin the update process will display when the report is closed.

Reason:

Provide additional options to the individual update of Retirement Member Profile data. Employee retirement data can be updated through mass process during peak periods of staff changes like during the beginning or ending of the school year.

Implementation Note:

Caution:

• It is highly recommended that strict security measures be used to keep the mass process menu options available to a very limited number of people that can do the processes.

• The mass process menu items should not be visible to all users.

• A new security group with access to the mass process menu items could be created and selected users could be assigned to the group.
