Wage details are listed for individual employees. The bottom of the last page contains a summary of the details contained in the report.
A Report Specifications page appears first, which lists the selection criteria. Each page has a total and footnotes, and the last page has the grand total and total number of employees.
The report is sorted alphabetically by last name, first name, and middle name.
The unemployment calculations are:
Gross Wages - Sick Pay + Taxable Benefits = Reportable Wages - Excess Wages = Taxable Wages
Hours = work hours - sick hours - unpaid leave hours
