The Prsnnel tab allows you to view and edit personal information on the selected employee. See the Search Tab (Profile) User Guide for details on selecting an employee.

Editing Employee Personal Data

  1. To edit the demographic information displayed on the on Prsnnel tab, click the Edit button that is inside the tab to open the Edit Personnel Information screen. See the previous section of this document, Edit Personnel Information Screen, for information on using the Edit Personnel Information screen.

NOTE: You can change any data value on the Edit Personnel Information screen except the Status if the status is Employee. If the status is Reference, the Status field is sensitized.

  1. Make the necessary changes and click the OK button to save the changes and return to the Prsnnel tab.
