Use this setup program to create alternate descriptions for state defined budget code ranges. This can be useful in creating descriptions that more closely match the needs of your district, and in creating versions of the Budget Status Report presented to the school board or for other district uses. Agency descriptions are optional, and may be created for any, all, or none of the state-defined account and fund types. Descriptions left blank will instead use the state defined descriptions when reports are created.
Codes may only be maintained by district users with administrator access.
