The WESPaC Profile Master Experience tab includes detailed information on each employee's work history, both internal for the district, and external, or outside the district. Use it to determine placement on a salary schedule, to determine eligibility for district positions, or for other district uses. It may also be used to create the summary of each employee’s experience, required as a part of the S-275 Personnel Reporting submitted to OSPI. Both internal and external experience are reportable to OSPI.
The top part of the screen displays Experience Details while the bottom displays an Experience Summary. Experience Details must be linked to an Experience Code that records how the experience was added. Two commonly-used codes record prior (historical) experience and annually updated experience. Experience Summary Codes classify where experience was gained (in-state or out-of-state) and classify whether the experience was recorded as a district record, reportable to OSPI in the S-275 Report. Experience Codes and Experience Summary Codes may be maintained by district users with administration access.
