1 Overview

The Fund Balance Report shows data for equity accounts. This report comes in both a detail and summary version, and you must select which version to create.

 

The detail report shows the beginning balance, all expenditures and revenues closed to an equity account, transfers, the ending balance, and a detail balance. The ending balance is derived from the actual expenditures and revenues linked to the equity account. The detail balance is derived from the debits and credits of the equity account. The report shows detail for each account and a total for each fund.

 

The summary report contains only the equity summary accounts and their corresponding totals.
