Worksheets are useful for a variety of purposes. Use them to collect payroll data from decentralized locations, record hours for rate type employees, and other purposes. They may be built or customized by a payroll office for a specified reporting location or employee group. Data can be entered by anyone who has security to the button. The data can be loaded from existing pay records or prior worksheet data then modified as needed by the location or payroll office.

 

Washington reporting requires retirement hours and dollars to be reported as earned, making it necessary to associate pay and hours in the worksheet with an earning period. Use this screen to input to a Retirement Earning Period for hourly pay codes. Pay codes that are associated with contracts will use contract work start, contract work end, and calendar to calculate earnings and hours/days. If the Earning Period is left empty, the Earning Period will default to the Retirement Posting Date entered at the time of the Payroll Calculate.
