The Experience Tracking Report option provides a list of the recorded experience, by experience code, for each employee included in the report. It may be accessed in two different locations:

  1. Click the icon from either the PRofile or Emp Mgmt buttons.

  2. Click the Reports icon.

  3. Click on the Experience Tracking Report - EX option, followed by the Run button. A Current Selection Parameters screen opens.

Details on how to use the Current Selection Parameters screen can be found in the Selection Parameters Screen User Guide.  

  1. Change the parameters, as necessary, and click the OK button. The Experience Report Sort Selection screen opens.

  2. Enter the Low and High values of the Date Range of records to be included in the report.

  3. Select the Sort Sequence by clicking the applicable radio button. The options are:

NOTE: You can reset the values to the default values by clicking the Reset button.

  1. Click the Print button. An Output Destination screen opens.

  1. Select the desired print parameters and click the OK button to print the report.

  2. Click the Close button to return to the Reports screen (or WESPaC -Reports screen, as applicable).
