Profile: Personnel tab

 

The Profile Personnel tab displays demographic details on an employee's record. The right side of the tab has space for up to nine rows for an employee's Years of Experience. Labels may be set up as desired; here District Experience and Total Experience are used.  

 

Years of Experience is a district option that must first be set up at System Admin / Financial Mngmnt / FM Config. (You must have System Administrator access to perform this setup.)

 

Click EDIT to make changes to any of the fields. Values may be manually entered in the Years of Experience fields or updated as a mass change of employee records through an Increment Years of Experience option. The bottom right corner of this tab also contains a Confidentiality flags EDIT button you may use to flag many of the fields on this page as confidential.
