Retirement data is warehoused in WSIPC database tables used to create the transmittal file and report sent to the Department of Retirement Systems (DRS) in Olympia. After the retirement transmittal is created, the transactions are summarized and stored to the retirement history tables. The Retirement History Report obtains its data from these history tables. The Retirement History Report is a method for district payroll offices to report this data for their own purposes. Use it for such reasons as documenting earnings for employees, verification of earnings, verification of data sent to DRS, and transaction histories.
Note: When the report sort includes Pay Code, the detail transactions will display only to those pay records that have unpurged transactions in the current retirement transaction table (WA001RetTransactions). Also, the Pay Code data element was added to this table beginning September 2008, thus only transactions after this date will be included in the report.
