Warning:  WSIPC will maintain these tables, but a district may grant security access for maintenance. Access should be limited to one or two users per district. Contact your data center before making ANY updates to the Retirement tables. Updating these tables could result in incorrect data being transmitted to DRS and incorrect calculations of deductions, benefits and the remittance to DRS.

 

  1. Click HUMAN RESOURCES.

  2. Click SETUP.

  3. Click CODES.

  4. Click WESPaC Retirement under Payroll.

  5. Click Retirement System Group Numbers. Either double-click your selection, or follow it by clicking RUN.

  6. The Retirement System Group Numbers screen opens:

    1. View or report:

      1. Select a group number by either double-clicking or following this by clicking SELECT.

      2. Click the icon to export the plan description to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

      3. Click REPORT to create a printable copy, or CLOSE to exit.

    1. Add, Edit, or Delete: (Please see the warning at the top of the page before doing this.)

      1. Click EDIT or double-click your selection to make changes; click + ADD to create a new one.

      2. Click DELETE to delete a plan description.

      3. Click OK to save your choice or CANCEL to exit.

  1. The Output Destination screen opens when REPORT is selected:

    1. Select an Output and Printer from the listed options.

    2. Click OK to create the report.
