  1. Missing Contract Records:  It is possible to create Pay Transaction records without a corresponding contract for an employee. If this occurs, it will not be possible to calculate Workers’ Compensation hours. The calculation is missing the information within the contract to complete the calculation.  An exception will be created when the Payroll Calculate process is run.

 

  1. Non-standard Day Hours Calculations:  If an employee works non-standard days, the hours calculation does not pro-rate hours for calendar days with less than the default number of hours. For these partial days, the hours specified in the calendar will be used.
