2 Detail Report

The Non-Occurrence report can only be run at the entity level. The report includes Entity ID, School ID, School Name, District Name, District Code, Courses Codes selected, Student Alphakey, Student Name, Student Grade, Student Graduation Year, Missing Courses, Request and Course Status. It lists students who have missed, dropped, or failed either all selected courses, or at least one of a selected group of courses.

The report provides five options for determining whether a student will be reported:

  1. Missing, failed and dropped for all courses. All selected courses must have been missed, failed, or dropped for the student to be included on the report.

  2. Missing, failed and dropped for at least one course. At least one of a group of selected courses must have been missed, failed, or dropped for the student to be included on the report.

  3. Include only failed courses. Only students that have a selected course marked as "use in failed" will appear on the report. An "F" will display under the Course Status column.

  4. Include only dropped courses. Only students that have a selected course that has a dropped status will appear on the report. A "D" will display under the Course Status column.

  5. Include only failed and dropped courses. Only students that have a selected course marked as "use in failed" that also has a dropped status will appear on the report. A "B" will display under the Course Status column.

For the following example, the course selected was ABC101 and the Report Option chosen was Missing, failed or dropped for all courses. Up to 12 courses can be selected for consideration. If the Consider requested courses as occurred box on the parameter screen is not checked, a Request column will display on the report and an X will appear in the column for every course that is a request. A Course Status column has also been added and will contain a F, D, or B, Failed, Dropped, or Both respectively for each selected course.
