Active students are listed for each advisor, as defined on the Student Entity tab. Students may be sorted by Name, under Advisor, or by Name within Grade/Grad Year under Advisor. Male/Female subtotals are provided, as well as for each Grade/Grad Year.

This report includes the records of all students in the Name file who have five matching characters in their Alphakey. It includes information about the Name records for cleaning up duplicates using the Name Merge Utility.

Students are listed alphabetically for each advisor, as defined on the Student Entity tab. Next to each student’s name is a matrix that the teacher can use to mark attendance. You have the option to print a one week matrix, or a two week matrix based on a selected date.

Students are listed alphabetically by entity with summary attendance totals for each school year. This report may be used to validate the conversion of the Absence Attendance History data from Legacy.

This report lists students alphabetically with Advisor data for specific Lunch Codes as defined in the Lunch Service tab. One Lunch Code may be selected each time the report is created.

This report lists all Security Users by Entity who have not logged into Skyward and changed their default passwords. Users are assigned default passwords at the time of conversion to Skyward.

This report lists students enrolled in a selected Funding Source Program or all Programs, Selected Entity, or all Entities. Students can be sorted alphabetically or by grade level. Subtotals are printed when sort is by Grade Level.
