The Education Detail Report option displays the credits and degrees information for a selected range of employees/references. It may be accessed in two different locations:

Click the icon from either the PRofile or Emp Mgmt buttons.
Click the Reports icon.
Click on the Education Detail Report - ED option, followed by the Run button. A Current Selection Parameters screen opens.
Details on how to use the Current Selection Parameters screen can be found in the Selection Parameters Screen User Guide.
Change the parameters, as necessary, and click the OK button. The Education Detail Report Selection screen opens.
In the Reported People area of the screen, select the types of people to include in the report by clicking the applicable radio button.. The options are:
Employees
References - Potential employees (see the Employee Demographic Data Maintenance User Guide).
Both - The default selection. Includes both employees and references.
In the Contents area of the screen, change the Low and High values of the Date range of education detail records to be included in the report.
If you do not wish to include credits information in the report, un-check the Include Credits check box.
If you do not wish to include degree information in the report, un-check the Include Degrees check box.
If you wish to include records with no degree or credit information in the report, check the Include Zero Degrees and Credits check box.
If you do not wish to page break after each employee, un-check the Page break on Employees check box.
In the Credits area of the screen, select an option from the Approved drop down list. The options are:
Blank - The default option and an allowable selection. Both approved and un-approved credits are included in the report.

To include only those students who received credits from a given institution, select that Institution from the EEL associated with the institution name or code. If you do not select an institution, employees receiving credits from any institution are included.
In the Degrees area of the screen, select an option from the Approved drop down list. The options are:
Blank - The default option and an allowable selection. Both approved and un-approved degrees are included in the report.
Yes
No
To include only those students who received degrees from a given institution, select that Institution from the EEL associated with the institution name or code. If you do not select an institution, employees receiving degrees from any institution are included
To include only those students who received a certain degree type, select a Degree from the EEL associated with the degree name or code. If you do not select a degree, employees receiving any type of degree are included
Click the Print button. An Output Destination screen opens.

Select the desired print parameters and click the OK button to print the report.
Click the Cancel button to return to the Reports screen (or WESPaC -Reports screen, as applicable).
