On the Requisition and Purchase Order Entry screens, there are a number of miscellaneous functions that can be established for the user.
Tabs allow you to view and update information related to a selected requisition or purchase order.
Ranges provide functionality that allows you to set and save default parameters that limit the requisitions and purchase orders you see on the Entry screen.
Options provide multiple functions:
The Data Retention on Add option provides additional functionality, by user, to set some entry fields to be completed during the requisition or purchase order Add process.
The Encumbered Detail option allows users to view the history for the encumbrances on a purchase order.
The Change Lock Status option allows the user to remove batch locks created due to improperly exiting the Requisition / PO process (for example, system lock, power failure, and etc.)
