2 Create Experience Report

The report lists information as follows:

A title page shows report specifications if Print Title Page was checked on the Output Destination screen.
Employees are listed by name key and name with data in the following categories.
If experience records are not found that match the selection criteria, then this message will print under the report headings: "No data was found matching selection criteria."
The report displays information that will be modified in the database if the changes are committed.

Data Category	Description
Start	The earliest date found for all of an employee's assignments.
End	The latest date found for all of an employee's asssignments.
Years	In Amount Mode: Years of experience will be the value entered. In FTE Mode: FTE for each of an employee's assignments is added together for a maximum of 1.00
Position / Employer	Position: The information entered in the Comments field on the Create Experience Detail screen is used. Employer: The source of the employer name is the FFAACTL-CONTROL file.
Pay Rate / Location	Pay Rate: The Contract Amount for each of an employee’s assignments is added together for the Pay Rate. Location: Each building from the different assignments is listed as a comma separated list.
Total	Total years of experience.
