The Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) requires school districts to submit annual budgets for Equity, Revenue, and Expense type funds. Once adopted, the original budget may be changed only with OSPI approval.
To adopt the original budget, click the Yes option to set a flag that locks the budget to further changes, except through revisions and transfers. Once done, you may not set the flag back to No here. The process can be reversed through the Reverse Budget Adoption utility. Both of these processes require Administrative access.
