The program checks that account description records, or dimension values, in your Account Code Descriptions (Ffamad-Acct-Descs) table have crosswalk values defined for a specific fiscal year that is valid in the specified year according to OSPI. An exception report lists all district account records not meeting this criteria. The error description lists the type of error, either an incorrect value ("Crosswalk Value Not Valid"), or a missing value ("Crosswalk Record Missing").
If all dimension values are correct, a blank report is generated with the message "No Exceptions Found".
