3 Verification Report

If there is no match to the selection criteria, then the verification report will display at the top of the report "No data was found matching the selection criteria."

 

If all selected employees have errors, then the verification report will display at the top of the report "All selected employees have errors on the exception report and will not be processed."

 

The verification report lists employees by name key and employee name, displaying data in the following categories.

 

Data Category

Description

Name Key

  • System assigned.

  • The employee’s identifier.

Employee

  • Up to 35 characters of the employee name will display on the report.

  • The display format will be either Last, First, Middle or First, Middle, Last depending on the district’s system wide setting.

  • The report will always sort by Last, First, Middle name.

Building

Short description of building.

Check Location

Short description of check location.

Employee Type

Short description of employee type.

Old / Add

Old / New

Old and Add will be used for the Mass Add Verification Report.

Old and New will be used for the Mass Edit Verification Report.

System

Short description for retirement system.

Plan

Short description for retirement plan.

Opt Cd

Plan 3 rate option code.

Inv Mgr

Plan 3 investment manager.

Typ Cd

Type code for retirement system and plan.

Elig Start

Retirement eligibility start date.

Elig End

Retirement eligibility end date.

Choice Date

Date when choice for plan 2 or plan 3 was made.

Choice Code

Code indicating how choice for plan 2 or plan 3 was made.
