Warning:  WSIPC will maintain these tables, but a district may grant security access for maintenance. Access should be limited to one or two users per district. Contact your data center before making ANY updates to the Retirement tables. Updating these tables could result in incorrect data being transmitted to DRS and incorrect calculations of deductions, benefits and the remittance to DRS.

 

  1. Click HUMAN RESOURCES.

  2. Click SETUP.

  3. Click CODES.

  4. Click WESPaC Retirement under Payroll.

  5. Click Retirement Status Codes. Either double-click your selection, or follow it by clicking RUN.

  6. The Retirement Status Codes screen opens:

    1. Enter a Status Code to view the record, or select one from the Retirement Status Code menu.

    2. Click + ADD to create a new status code definition; click EDIT or double-click your selection to make changes to an existing one. (Click DELETE to remove an existing definition.) This opens the Retirement Status Maintenance screen:

        1. Enter a Status Code, if creating a new code.

        2. Enter a Description for the Status Code.

        3. Select from the following choices for transactions. You may choose any or all of them: Allow Hours, Allow Days, Allow Compensation, Allow Deduction/Benefit.

    3. Click OK to save your choice or CANCEL to exit.

    4. Click the icon to export the data to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

    5. Click REPORT to create a printable copy of the Retirement Status Code Definitions, based upon your selections, or CLOSE to exit.

  7. The Output Destination screen opens when REPORT is selected:

    1. Select an Output and Printer from the listed options.

    2. Click OK to create the report.
