Feature:

Health Condition Merge Codes Utility

Change:

  1. Added two new Health Condition Codes:

GO - Chronic Constipation

YF- Uses Corrective Lenses

  1. Changed one Health Condition Code Description:

SB - Dermatitis

Reason:

These changes were adopted by the Washington School Nursing Data Workgroup (WSNDW).

Implementation Note:

The utility must be run to add the new DOH Standardized Health Codes. If the code already exists in the database, the data will not be overwritten by the utility. In this case, users must manually change the code descriptions if desired.

Change:

Reason:

These changes were adopted by the Washington School Nursing Data Workgroup (WSNDW).

LG - Blood Glucose Level Check

Mass Reassign Vaccines Utility

Change:

Added an option to specify an age range to reassign vaccine doses based on the student’s age at the time of the dose date.

Reason:

The utility had been limited to reassigning all vaccines, regardless of age, given to a student based on the report ranges specified.
