Release:

Version 04.09.02.00.01, May 9, 2009

Change:

If run from Future Scheduling, the Non-Occurrence report is now available only in Web Access and is not available in WESPaC.  If the option is selected in WESPaC Future Scheduling, a message is displayed that includes the menu path for the report in Web Access Future Scheduling.

Reason:

When the Non-Occurrence report was made available in Web Access in December 2008, the report logic was corrected so when it is run in Future Scheduling (a) a student’s grade\grad year for the future is used and (b) only future requests are recognized when the option "Consider requested courses as occurred" = Yes.  This change was made only for the Web Access version of the report, so the PaC version in Future Scheduling is now obsolete.

The PaC version in still available in Current Scheduling.

  2. The report logic was corrected so when it is run in Future Scheduling (a) a student’s grade\grad year for the future will be used and (b) only future requests will be recognized when the option "Consider requested courses as occurred" = Yes.

Reason:

  1. All items in the Student Washington Feature Set are to be available in Web Access.

  2. The report logic when run in Future Scheduling was using a student’s current grade\grad year and was not using future requests correctly.

Version 03.07.10.01.03, August 16, 2008

Change:

Correct the Grad Yr\Grade selection logic.

Reason:

If the Grade\Grad Yr Display Method in Student General Configuration is set to "Graduation Year\Grade," there are no students included in the Non-Occurrence report if the Grad Yr values are other than the default and low value <> high value. This change fixes issue #F52274.

Release:

Version 03.06.01.5, July 15, 2006

Change:

  1. Added Entity Name to the report heading.

  2. Corrected the Course Key lookup functionality on the Course Selection screen.

  3. Corrected report logic to trim leading and\or trailing spaces on the Course field when matching to Selected Courses.

Reason:

  1. Entity Name was missing from the report heading.

  2. The Course Key lookup field was not selecting courses on the Available Courses list.

  3. Six (6) characters are reserved for every course, but courses are not required to be six characters in length. The report was looking for all six characters, and would incorrectly report students as missing courses due to leading and\or trailing spaces.
