The Extract Report provides a list of all students included in the "pre-ID" extract file, sorted by school and student name. This report is generated every time, whether or not the text file is created.
The report title will indicate whether the WASL Report or ITBS/ITED Report was selected. When WASL Report is selected, the report data includes columns for LRW Teacher, Math Teacher and Science Teacher. When ITBS/ITED Report is selected, the report data includes a column for ITBS/ITED Teacher. The ability to sort by teacher allows you to specify the order in which Pearson Educational Measurement sorts and releases test booklets.
