This utility provides a method for school districts to append individually created WASL and ITBS/ITED pre-ID extract files into one district file, which is then submitted to Pearson Educational Measurement for creation of testing booklets and sheets. The Append Process is an efficient way to combine all pre-ID extract files which exist in the district’s Import/Export directory into one comprehensive district file.
