The Multi-Tool allows development of user defined excel spreadsheets and graphs.
Menu Path: Financial Mngmnt / Chart of Accounts
From the Account Master Information screen, click on the Multi-Tool icon . The Skyward Graphs/Spreadsheet screen opens.
Click the Add button. The Filter Description screen opens.
Enter a Description for the filter.
Click the OK button.
Click on the Filters tab. The Filter Setup screen opens.
Based on what information you want on the report or graph, select the BS Ranges (Balance Sheet), OS Ranges (Operating Statement), or Extra Ranges tabs.
Enter the ranges as applicable. See WESPaC Financial Management &endash; Filters User’s Guide for more information on using Filters.
When the filter has been built, click the OK button.
On the Usrdfd (User Defined) tab, in the Available Field Selection Parameters frame, from the Available Fields list, highlight the Table/Fields to be included.
Click the Add button. The Available Field moves to the Available Selected Fields list.
To select more that one group at a time, use the shift-click method to add a block of groups or the control-click method to randomly select groups from the list.
The Add All button adds all of the groups to the Selected GROUPS list.
Select the Excel tab if you want to create an Excel report of the information that generates.
Select the Graph tab if you want to create a graph of the information that generates.
Click the Run button.
A Processing screen opens until the process is complete, an Excel spreadsheet Workbook starts loading the data if you have selected the Excel tab, or a Graph appears containing the information
Click the Close button to return to the Account Master Information screen.
