The report lists district records, one fund type per page, identifying exceptions by Fund Code, Dimension Name, Indicator, Dimension Code, and Dimension Description. Records that display are missing a crosswalk equivalent. The Create Crosswalk Descriptions program was not able to build a match. If no blank values are found, the report prints the following message: "Crosswalk descriptions were created for all records."
